This is a part of an ink sketch of a design for a BJD doll that I messed around with a little on PS. I tried to imitate the kind of lip-color BJDs generally have (my favorite ones are the SD13!) and the startling eye-colors.

... Alright, I'm officially obsessed with BJD dolls, now...

I'm pretty ignorant as far as BJD dolls go (never heard of 'em before I found this picture), but the picture itself is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent work, darling! ^_^

Eh-yaaaah! The sketch is rather pretty; I wish it was possible for you to actually make it into a doll. That'd be really awesome! [sigh] Looking at those links is getting me addicted; I haven't really seen the ones from DarkNebula yet, but I like the dolls from World-ruined. *_*

Erm... does BDJ stand for anything? And the first doll that you showed me-- [tilts head] where would I find it?

BJD stands for "Ball-Jointed-Doll". It's actually an international kind of doll - in other words, the Japanese did not create the concept. However, the BJD dolls I like and that I'm talking about are Japanese and Korean.

The first doll would be from the Violet Fern. My favorite, though, is Yuuhi from DarkNebula... wait, did I already say that? >_< Sorry, I'm just obsessed...
