Actual title: "Three Angry & Angsty Rivals for Naruto's Little Uke Heart"

Gaara: *in a meaningful, deep voice* Uzumaki... Naruto. We are the same - that is why we must be together. *sand from his gourd flies up from the ground to wave sinuously behind him like a tail*

Neji: *with a foreboding expression* Naruto... You were my light when I was in darkness. Thanks to you, I am no longer a caged bird, and I now understand. Our destinies are to be with each other. *slow-motion flip of hair like in an Herbal Essences commercial*

Sasuke: ... *tries to throw shuriken at his rivals' throats* ... *fails* ... *looks longingly at Naruto with dark, angsty eyes*

Naruto: ACK! *clutches his chest* MY POOR UKE HEART!!! IT SUFFERS WITH INDECISION!

Gaara, Neji, and Sasuke simultaneously: I'll buy you ramen.

Lanti: Hm, it's funny how they all probably have tons of cash.


Anyway, yeah... commentary. This pic is very sketched and unrefined, I know, but I feel like it'd be too much trouble to polish it up. Maybe I'll do that someday when I'm bored. It's something of a cross between manga-style drawing and realistic drawing - basically, I tried to make the characters look as realistic as possible without deviating too much from the basic looks of the canon version. I guess it's a hybrid of sorts.

I always thought it was kind of funny that the top three favorite characters to pair up with Naruto for yaoi couples were three angry-with-life, angsty tensei (they don't really call Gaara a tensei, but he technically is, seeing how powerful he is). They're all strangely similar, but I guess that's why they're the top three. Originally, I was going to draw the "bishonen of Naruto", but I didn't have space to include Shikamaru (and Kiba), so instead, I made them all look angry (in Gaara's case an expression of "cold fury") and named it "Angry, Angsty Rivals" instead. ^_^

... Another funny thing is... if you imagine that they're all looking at Naruto, it almost seems like they're all ready to rape him.
